We are seeking a part-time operative to join our team, working 19 hours per week. The working days will vary depending on the needs of the business, so flexibility is essential.
About the Role:
This hands-on role involves painting, decorating, and general site maintenance to help keep our college facilities well-presented and in good condition. Additional duties may include minor repairs, grounds maintenance, and assisting with site security and upkeep as required.
Key Responsibilities:
· Carry out painting and decorating tasks across college buildings and facilities.
· Assist with general maintenance and repairs as needed.
· Support site upkeep, including basic grounds maintenance and cleanliness.
· Provide ad-hoc assistance with estates-related tasks, such as moving furniture and other operational support.
What We’re Looking For:
· Experience in painting and decorating (preferred).
· A proactive and adaptable approach to work.
· Willingness to work flexible hours to meet business needs.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Additional Information:
The role is based at our Hereford Campus on Folly Lane, with duties potentially extending to our Ludlow and Holme Lacy sites.
