MP Philip Dunne visited Ludlow Sixth Form College students studying A Level Politics to talk through a day in the life of an MP, the passage of a Bill through parliament and his role as Environment Audit Committee chair.
The students prepared questions for Philip and learned about the thinking behind decisions regarding North Sea Oil drilling, impressive MPs to follow, tax breaks for Oil Companies and the advantages of cross party committees when preparing new legislation.
