This is a one-year GCSE course designed for students wishing to develop their maths skills and improve their grades. A GCSE grade C (grade 4) in maths is essential for progressing onto many college and university courses and ability to do maths is always valued by employers. This course will help you to improve on the areas you find the most difficult, building your confidence as well as your understanding and skills.
Students can progress to further studies, training or employment. Adults may choose Access courses to familiarise themselves with the demands of higher-level study. For students who do need to re-sit either (or both) GCSE English or Maths, we can accommodate English and Maths within your programme of study. You will require a grade 4 (grade C) at GCSE English Language to progress to any A Level course or Level 3 vocational course. Some A level courses are open to students who have not yet achieved a grade 4 (grade C).
Modules vary – please contact our enquiries team on 0800 032 1986 for the latest information.
